What is your return policy?
-Due to health concerns we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. All underwear, undergarments, body shapers, waist bands, masks, and corsets are considered final sale items. In addition, we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or wrong addresses. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and a tracking number will be issued, within 72 hours of your order to be tracked for delivery. Once your order is processed, you may track your package online and add email or text alerts to keep up with your package. There are no warranties for merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, should you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package, and we will work diligently with you to resolve the problem. All hand-made items are made to order, therefore, due to COVID-19 please allow extra time for production and shipping.
